Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We come to your home, look at the project with you and send a written estimate for free. There is no pressure to hire us.
What areas do you serve?
The Tri-Cities (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and West Richland) and the Spokane area, including Spokane Valley.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Casa Vida Painting LLC is registered with Washington L&I as a general contractor, license CASAVVP769C3. You can look it up on the L&I website.
Do you use subcontractors for painting?
No. Our painting is done by our own in-house crew, and the same people stay with your project from the first day to the final walkthrough.
When do I make the final payment?
After we walk through the finished project together. If anything is not right, we fix it first. You make the final payment once you are happy with the work.
Can you work around my schedule?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends and afternoons, and we plan the work around your routine.
Do you do more than painting?
Yes. As a licensed general contractor we also do remodels, flooring, countertops, drywall, framing and repairs, plus epoxy floors and commercial roof restoration.
